Dear Action Swimming Pool and Spa:

Thank you so much for donating 10 bags of Aqua-Salt to The Children's Hospital for use by our patients with Epidermolysis Bullosa. This is a terrible skin condition in which the anchors that hold the layers of skin together are not present. Therefore, these children have blisters all over their bodies that break down to very painful sores. We have found that adding salt to their baths greatly reduces the discomfort of bathing and helps to promote healing. Many of patients are very low income and they greatly appreciate receiving the pool salt for free.

Once again, our patients greatly appreciate your generosity and consideration.

Just a brief THANK YOU for the heater selection and installation you did for us.

That solved the old heater problem 100%. The new heater always keeps the pool at correct temperature. It runs very efficiently and reheats very fast.

Thank you again for the servicing. The pool tech you send out has been responsive and very courteous. The service work performed on my constant tile issues did great work which has held up the entire season. I just want you to know how much we appreciate your quality and consistency of work, service and reliability.

We continue to use the pool a lot, with some 27 nieces and nephews and now their children numbering 10 and counting coming by often and enjoying the swimming immensely. For many of the kids, it is their first experiences in a pool. It is appreciated.
